Anaheim 1-story has over 100 showings in 2 days

When is the last time you witnessed an open house with over 100 groups reported supported by 3 working licensed veteran agents for a house of less than 2,000 square feet?

With all that is going on in the world, 30 minutes before the opening bell on Saturday, March 14th at 12:30 pm, 8 different groups began showing up before the 1 pm start time.  By the end of day 1, more than 50 groups through in 3 hours. The same on Sunday.  And with 11 offers just 3 days after hitting the market, with many over full price, our strategy has been proven.  The property will sell this week.  The actual sales price will not be released until the closing.

How do you get activity with all that is going on in the world?

After careful consultation and reviewing the numbers, the veteran real estate professionals at Realty Pro 100 priced the home correctly with a full 3% commission to their colleagues.  Out of respect and knowledge, this drove excitement, and ultimately results.

Audre in Anaheim’s 92802 zip code is near Disneyland, backed to railroad tracks and high-tension wires.  It is a lovely neighborhood that most any family would enjoy raising their family in. The current resident has lived in this property for over 40 years and between her and her late husband, each licensed real estate professionals themselves raised their 3 daughters at this location. Meaning there is a lot to be done.

The seller agreed to not replace the carpet or redo the paint on the interior, as we all know the buyer will have their own specific taste and vision for the property.  In fact, at least one bedroom and the 2-car garage are being used as storage and buyers clearly understand that this is how people live.
