Vines are planted on a 6x10 and 7x11 spacing with a split canopy for maximum light penetration equaling higher yields. There is a large agricultural well on site for irrigation and an on-site reservoir to handle frost events. The property has a modest ranch house for a vineyard manager/foreman and or for personal use.
